Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat personal appearance per policy.
• Assign fixed activities to Hannaford to Go associates during idle periods.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Handle return-to-stock items promptly, prioritize perishables.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Bag or package merchandise for customer pickup and store properly.
• Control usage of store supplies and prevent waste.
• Assist in spill cleanup and hazard prevention.
• Be knowledgeable about produce varieties and items.
• Record price discrepancies and request price checks as needed.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior.
• Process sales transactions including cash, checks, EBT, coupons, and gift cards.
• Secure registers and equipment when unattended; protect assets.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation per policy and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
