SA Hospitality Group in New York, NY seeks a friendly Front-of-House associate to manage take-out, phone and delivery orders, and all to-go packaging. You will enter orders in the POS, label items, and ensure accurate labeling for a smooth guest experience.

Join a team dedicated to fast, accurate service during peak hours. You will keep the to-go station organized, restock supplies, assist in other areas when needed, and greet guests with a smile while following safety and cleanliness standards.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and execute all take-out orders by using the POS system and delivery order iPads.
• Handle all guest order issues with management direction and communicating with the delivery customer service.
• Keep the to-go area stocked with appropriate bags, containers, labels to serve the guests.
• Assist porter with polishing glassware and flatware when asked or needed.
• Keeps the to-go station organized and tidy.
• Stock and/or restock all to-go containers, bags, stickers and labels as needed.
• Conducts thorough breakdown and cleaning of to go area at close of shift.
• Notify Chef or General Manager if there is a shortage of supplies.
• Assist support duties in other sections as needed, at the direction of management, to ensure that all guests receive excellent service regardless of business volume.
• Acknowledges guests with eye contact and smile, answers questions when able or finds the appropriate employee to follow up with guest request.
