Job summary

SA Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Front of House team member to support take-out, delivery orders, and all to-go services across New York locations. You will enter orders in the POS system, package and label items, and ensure accuracy and quality in every order.

Position requires Sundays and Mondays availability, English communication, basic food handling and cleaning skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. The role emphasizes teamwork and fast-paced, guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all take-out and delivery orders using the POS system and delivery order iPads.
• Handle guest order issues with management direction and communicate with the delivery customer service.
• Keep the to-go area stocked with bags, containers, labels and supplies.
• Assist porter with polishing glassware and flatware when needed.
• Keep the to-go station organized and tidy.
• Restock all to-go containers, bags, stickers and labels as needed.
• Conduct thorough breakdown and cleaning of the to-go area at close of shift.
• Notify Chef or GM if there is a shortage of supplies.
• Assist with support duties in other sections to ensure guests receive excellent service.
• Acknowledge guests with eye contact and a smile, answer questions or direct to appropriate staff.
