Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant is seeking energetic team members for its To-Go department in Montgomery, Alabama. You will greet customers, take orders, answer phones, and ensure accurate orders are entered into the POS system. The role supports a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Ideal applicants are 18+, demonstrate strong communication, enjoy teamwork, and show a positive attitude with good organizational skills. Training for food handlers and TABC is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Know the menu and assist customers with accurate orders.
• Take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system correctly.
• Pack and bag orders, deliver checks and collect payment.
• Coordinate with management on times, volumes and delivery availability.
• Maintain the to-go area for cleanliness and stock materials.
