Job summary

PwC is seeking a Strategy& Deals Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) TMT Manager to advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring while shaping value creation strategies across the transaction lifecycle within our Advisory practice.

As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff, while taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead private equity value creation workstreams for TMT clients across diligence, execution, and post-deal planning.
• Advise on operational improvement opportunities, value drivers, and performance levers during transaction analyses.
• Direct teams in market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessment.
• Manage project planning, sequencing, and delivery timelines across engagements.
• Review data to identify risks, assumptions and value creation opportunities.
• Develop strategic frameworks, scenario analyses, and business cases.
• Coach team members through analyses and client-ready presentations.
• Apply financial modeling and analytics to assess performance and value realization.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client leaders.
