Job summary

PwC seeks a Strategy& Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Manager, Industrials, to guide M&A and value creation across deals. Lead teams, coach juniors, and manage workstreams while applying business judgment and analytics to improve performance in complex transactions.

You will drive deal strategy, market analysis, and business case development with frameworks that support informed decisions and outcomes for industrial clients, globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in PEVC or related deal spaces.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PE value-creation workstreams across deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal improvements.
• Manage client service timelines, deliverables, and team activities for industrials-focused transactions.
• Analyze operational performance and market trends to identify value levers and cost improvements.
• Develop value-creation plans linking findings to transaction priorities and synergy opportunities.
• Coach team members and communicate insights to clients and senior leaders.
• Apply data-driven methods and analytics to support decision making and performance tracking.
