PwC in Chicago seeks a Strategy & Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Manager in Industrials to guide deal strategy, diligence, restructuring, and post‑deal value creation. You will lead teams, coach juniors, manage workstreams, and apply data‑driven analysis to identify performance improvements for client transactions.

You will develop market analyses, business cases, and strategic frameworks, and present findings to senior client leaders while coordinating across service areas to realize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PEVC or related field
• MBA preferred in related disciplines

Responsibilities

• Lead PEVC value creation workstreams across deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post‑deal improvements
• Manage client timelines, deliverables, and team activities for industrials transactions
• Analyze performance, market trends, and benchmarks to identify value levers and cost improvements
• Develop value creation plans linking findings to transaction priorities and synergies
• Coach team members and communicate with clients across complex engagements
• Apply data-driven analytics to support decision making and performance tracking
• Build trusted client relationships and present findings to senior leaders
• Coordinate across service areas to align insights with implementation actions
