Job summary

PwC is seeking a Strategy & Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Manager, Industrials, to support our Deals practice. You will lead teams, coach junior professionals, and manage workstreams while applying rigorous analysis and project management to identify value in complex transactions.

Responsibilities include leading value creation workstreams across deal strategy, diligence, and post-deal improvements; modeling scenarios; guiding client discussions; and building trusted relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of deal strategy or PE value creation experience preferred.
• MBA or Master's degree in relevant fields preferred (Accounting/Analytics/Business/Finance/Engineering).
• Private equity value creation experience in industrials preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading PE value creation workstreams across deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal improvements.
• Managing client service timelines, deliverables, and team activities for industrials transactions.
• Analyzing operational performance, market trends, and sector benchmarks to identify value levers and cost improvements.
• Developing value creation plans linking findings to transaction priorities and synergies.
• Guiding financial and operational analysis, including scenario modeling and due diligence.
• Coaching team members on problem solving and client-ready communication.
• Applying data-driven insights to support decision making and performance tracking.
• Building trusted client relationships by presenting findings and discussing tradeoffs.
• Coordinating across service areas to align transaction insights with implementation actions and longer-term value realization
