Job summary

PwC is seeking a Strategy & Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Manager, Industrials, to lead deal strategy, diligence, and value creation initiatives for industrials clients. You will guide teams, coach junior professionals, and drive multi-workstream programs with data-driven insights and rigorous financial modeling.

This role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and client-facing collaboration across complex transactions, with compensation aligned to range and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PE/industrials or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead PE value creation workstreams across deal strategy, diligence, execution and post-deal improvements.
• Manage client service timelines, deliverables, and team activities for industrials-focused transactions and operating model assessments.
• Analyze performance, market trends, and sector benchmarks to identify value levers and cost-improvement opportunities.
• Develop value creation plans linking findings to transaction priorities and performance actions.
• Coach team members on problem solving and client-ready communication across engagements.
