Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic, client-focused Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Environmental Lead to guide environmental permitting, planning, and regulatory strategies for data centers and digital infrastructure across HDR’s global TMT portfolio. This position can be based out of any HDR office.

The TMT Environmental Lead will serve as the primary environmental point of contact and subject matter expert for the TMT sector, helping clients navigate environmental, land use, permitting,

Qualifications

• Lead environmental strategy for the TMT Market Sector.
• Develop permitting programs for data centers and telecom facilities.
• Build senior-level client relationships in the TMT space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HDR's environmental strategy for the TMT Market Sector.
• Identify permitting challenges and regulatory developments affecting data centers and telecom clients.
• Lead environmental permitting, land use planning, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Support business development, pursuing strategic opportunities and client engagements.
• Mentor and develop environmental professionals across regions.
