Job summary

HDR seeks a strategic, client-focused Environmental Lead for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) market. You will provide leadership in environmental permitting, land use planning, and regulatory services for data centers and telecommunications infrastructure, guiding business development and project delivery across HDR’s global TMT portfolio.

The role partners with market leadership to grow HDR’s environmental services footprint, mentor teams, and maintain strong client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum 10 years leading environmental planning, permitting, and regulatory programs for major projects.
Advanced degree in environmental planning, environmental science, urban planning, engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HDR's environmental strategy for the TMT Market Sector.
Provide leadership for permitting, planning and regulatory services across the TMT sector.
Lead environmental, land use permitting and regulatory activities for data centers and digital infrastructure.
Build senior-level client relationships and support business development initiatives.
Promote technical excellence and cross-region collaboration in HDR's environmental practice.
