Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician in Plymouth, MA to provide direct care for patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments. You’ll work under a physician, administering and managing clinical services and handling light office tasks as needed.

Starting at $22.75/hour with quarterly bonus potential, the role emphasizes compassionate patient care, adherence to protocols, and ongoing competence in TMS.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related healthcare experience.
• BLS and CPR certified.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Follows standard assessment protocols for procedures.
• Assumes responsibility for patient care judgments and actions.
• Performs procedures according to established standards.
• Maintains competency in TMS and related procedures.
• Documents patient responses specific to the procedure.
• Attends care conferences to assist with treatment planning.
• Ensures patient safety, welfare, and dignity.
• Supports scheduling and staffing needs while delivering high quality care.
• Contributes to policy interpretation and departmental guidelines.
• Provides respectful, equitable care to all patients.
