Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated Reston, VA outpatient team as a patient-centered technician delivering TMS and esketamine therapies. This full-time role offers 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm, with scheduling variations and on-site coverage as needed.

You will administer treatments, monitor patient responses, maintain accurate EHR records, and assist with scheduling and billing. Training to certify in TMS/esketamine will be provided, and teamwork is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• One year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• EHR experience with AdvancedMD or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines, monitor responses, record psychiatric scales, and address discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: maintain empathetic care, accurate EHR, and manage scheduling/check-in/check-out and billing procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Location: On-site in Reston clinic with potential coverage at other regional centers.
