Job summary

• 1-5 years experience in customer service or transportation – operations experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
• Experience with LTL, Intermodal, temp controlled and dry truckload operations

Responsibilities

• Assign and tender shipments to carriers using a TMS to optimize service and cost.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and communicate issues.
• Utilize 24TRACC to identify late loads for pickup/delivery.
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalate as needed.
• Load notes in TMS documenting actions for future reference.
• Manage MercuryGate (TMS) notifications and emails.
