Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing software and insurance processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational consultations to patients and deliver TMS therapy.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for daily sessions.
• Handle admin tasks: scheduling, copays, and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in meetings.
• Assist with insurance preauthorizations and documentation.
