Job summary

Clay County Medical Center is seeking a compassionate TMS Coordinator / Medical Assistant to support our behavioral health program and provide BrainsWay Deep TMS treatment for depression. This 40-hour/week role combines direct patient care, treatment coordination, documentation, prior authorization support, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Medical terminology, HIPAA, CPR, and EHR knowledge preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification or related clinical certification preferred.
• Experience in patient care, behavioral health, medical office support, or prior authorizations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Educate, prescreen, and support patients throughout TMS treatment.
• Administer treatments and follow established protocols.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, progress updates, and prior authorizations.
• Communicate with providers, patients, and community partners to support program growth.
