Job summary

FST Logistics, Inc. in Dublin, OH, is seeking a TMS Solutions Developer – TruckMate to design, configure, integrate, and support TruckMate-based solutions within the Express division.

You will collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Billing, Finance, EDI, and Data teams to translate business requirements into scalable software and data workflows. The role covers TruckMate development, IBM Db2 SQL, integrations, reporting, automation, testing, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.
• 3+ years developing, configuring, integrating, or supporting enterprise transportation management solutions.
• Experience with TruckMate, TMW Suite, or a comparable Transportation Management System.
• Experience writing SQL using IBM Db2 or another relational database.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, EDI, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support TruckMate solutions and workflows.
• Design and optimize SQL queries and data interfaces.
• Create interface mappings, integrations, and automated processes.
• Analyze requirements and design scalable technology solutions for logistics operations.
• Support order entry, dispatch, planning, billing, and reporting processes.
• Lead testing, UAT, and documentation; participate in deployments.
• Provide advanced application support and issue resolution.
• Maintain system configurations and change management documentation.
