Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking a TMP / Board-Up Crew Chief to lead emergency response efforts across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will supervise crews, perform roof tarping and board-ups, and coordinate with insurers and referral partners to restore damaged properties quickly and safely.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to document activities accurately using Next Gear Dash.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in restoration/construction preferred.
• Strong communication skills with crew, customers, and partners.
• Comfortable working at heights and in high-pressure emergency environments.
• Detail-oriented with documentation and photo requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crews during emergency responses to secure properties.
• Perform exterior property inspections, tarping, and board-ups for openings.
• Coordinate with insurers, adjusters, and referral partners.
• Document all work in Next Gear Dash with photos and notes for billing and compliance.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company standards on site.
• Flex into structural cleaning and contents operations when volume is low.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members on-site.
