Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Roofing repair experience preferred.
• 2+ years of emergency board-up and tarp experience.
• Able to work at heights and perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with documentation and photo requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exterior property inspections in emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Perform and oversee emergency roof tarping and board-ups.
• Lead, direct, and support on-site crew; coordinate with partners.
• Document all work in Next Gear Dash with photos and notes.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and per standards.
• Assist with structural cleaning and contents operations when demand is low.
