Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all TMIT site operations at multiple locations.
• Ensure performance across cost, schedule, staffing, and readiness meets contract standards.
• Advise training unit staff on HEKTR employment and ensure systems support training objectives.
• Coordinate movement and shipment of equipment and personnel for events and manage surge support.
• Collect and report system performance data and after-action inputs in line with contract requirements.
