Job summary

Corps Solutions seeks a Site Lead for the Trackless Mobile Infantry Target (TMIT) program at Quantico, VA. The role oversees all site operations, safety, and performance, coordinating with TECOM SSO and exercising units to maximize HEKTR training value.

You will manage contractor personnel, ensure contract deliverables, and provide data and after-action insights to improve mission readiness while maintaining compliance with environmental, safety, and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma. Attended Professional Military Education appropriate to rank at time of separation or retirement from the uniformed service.
• Experience with simulator systems or tracked/wheeled robotic systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Marine Corps training development processes, including Instructional Systems Design and the Systems Approach to Training and Education.
• Understanding of range operations, exercise design, and scenario development.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor regulations and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all TMIT site operations at multiple locations including Quantico and others.
• Ensure cost, schedule, staffing, and operational readiness meet contract standards.
• Advise training unit staff on HEKTR deployment and troubleshoot maintenance.
• Coordinate movement and shipment of equipment and personnel for training events.
• Collect and report system performance data and after-action reviews.
• Submit required reports and coordinate maintenance planning and invoicing.
