Job summary
Corps Solutions Tactical Trainer – Trackless Mobile Infantry Target (TMIT) role located at Quantico, VA supports site leadership in operations, training quality, and safety. Qualifications
- High school diploma is required or equivalent.
- Attended Professional Military Education appropriate to rank at separation/retirement.
- Experience with training events and safety procedures is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support Site Lead and Senior Tactical Trainer in TMIT operations.
- Prepare and execute support for training events, including live-fire scenarios.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and perform first-echelon maintenance on equipment.
- Provide After-Action Review (AAR) data management for training events.
- Monitor system performance and assist with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Assist training units to maximize value of TMIT systems and ensure safety.
- Support site safety requirements and maintain compliance with site policies.
