Job summary

Kapsch TrafficCom is seeking focused TMC Operators in Chesterfield, MO. You will monitor traffic with ITS tech, track incidents, and coordinate responses, delivering timely traveler information to the public.

Responsibilities include data entry, reporting, and collaboration with first responders. A high school diploma or GED is required; college preferred. Full-time PM shift with weekend flexibility and comprehensive benefits.

• Ability to type quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate ITS technologies to monitor traffic conditions.
• Identify and track incidents using CCTV and reports.
• Coordinate and dispatch responses to incidents.
• Input and manage data in real‑time systems and maintain records.
• Provide traveler information to the public via signs and websites.
• Collaborate with first responders and stakeholders to manage daily ops.
