Qualifications

  • University degree with at least three years of relevant professional experience, or a high school diploma with at least five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in office management/Accounting/Bookkeeping.
  • Billing and collections experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of USRAP Travel Loan Program is a distinctive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate engaging outreach calls to participants with overdue accounts, following legal guidelines.
  • Review and enter data in the system and document contact results.
  • Respond to general account inquiries via phone or email.
  • Support debt settlement discussions and identify potential payment sources.
  • Perform skip tracing to locate parties for repayment arrangements.
  • Prepare and send repayment letters to participants.
  • Assist participants with TLP WebPortal questions and registration.
