Job summary

Metrohm USA, a leader in analytical instrumentation, is hiring a Titration Sales Representative to lead and grow a high-potential territory across southeastern NJ, Delaware, and eastern PA, ideally based in the Greater Philadelphia area.

You will develop and manage the full sales cycle, build lasting customer relationships in pharma, chemicals, polymers and food/beverage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor titration solutions and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 3+ years of technical and capital equipment sales experience.
• Hands-on knowledge or sales experience with titration equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in pharma, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own sales territory focused on titration solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—to exceed growth targets.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships in sectors such as pharma, chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals, personal care and food/beverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and executive audiences.
• Identify ways to streamline the sales process and maximize revenue.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent growth.
