Job summary

Miedema Asset Management is seeking an organized title processor to handle title transfers, plate options, and customer requests. You will collect necessary documents, verify records, and prepare documents for submission to the Secretary of State. Strong attention to detail and polite customer interaction are essential.

The role includes data entry in Excel, QuickBooks tasks, and cross-training as a cashier/check-in agent. Saturday shift from 8 AM to 1 PM with potential for growth.

Responsibilities

• Type RD-180’s/TR-11’s/WR-11’s accurately and complete title transfer process.
• Explain plating options to customer (New Plate, Plate Transfer, Intransit Plate).
• Use Plate Fee Calculator and add plate fees to invoices.
• Run repeat offender search.
• Gather information from customer for each transaction (DL, Proof of Insurance).
• Complete paperwork with the customer and sign correctly.
• Make copies and submit paperwork to Secretary of State for transfer.
