Job summary

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is seeking a Title Support Specialist to join the Retail team in Kennesaw, GA. The role supports the Title Administrator for Yamaha Financial Services and assists with lien releases, title corrections, and audits.

You will use the Title Vendor portal to monitor status, process lien releases, and handle related title tasks while supporting internal and external customers. Strong MS Office skills and a background in title support are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with releases of liens on paid collateral according to Yamaha policy.
• Utilize the Title Vendor portal to monitor titles and process lien releases and related tasks.
• Support inbound and outbound calls to assist internal and external customers.
• Review and update daily title correction queue in the Title Vendor portal.
• Assist with title audits, VIN corrections, and substitution of collateral for Yamaha Financial collateral as needed.
• Communicate with Department of Transportation, DMV offices, and Dealers as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
