Job summary

Copart, Inc. is seeking a Title Specialist to handle daily processing of vehicle titles in line with state rules and Copart policies. You will support customers, answer questions, and help maintain accurate titling records. Face-to-face and verbal interactions with a wide range of customers will be essential.

The role requires HS diploma, 2 years of customer service, 1 year title processing, and strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of local state title requirements is preferred. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• One year of vehicle title processing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Word / Suite.
• Typing speed 45 words per minute.
• Basic 10 Key proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently identify/analyze vehicle title/ownership documents.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process vehicle titles in accordance with state guidelines.
• Research missing/incorrect title paperwork and resolve promptly.
• Communicate with customers via email or phone to handle title issues.
• Build relationships with DMV and sellers.
• Maintain title filing and records.
