Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents with precision.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, and agencies to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized records of title transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify vehicle information against title documentation.
• Visit DMVs daily to submit and retrieve work and ensure documents are complete.
• Perform data entry and update internal systems to monitor progress.
• Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks as needed.
• Learn billing, tag and title processes over time.
