  • Working knowledge of CDK or similar dealership management software.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process all incoming title paperwork for new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
  • Ensure every document complies with state regulations to avoid delays in registration.
  • Communicate with sales team, lenders, and government agencies to resolve title discrepancies.
  • Maintain an organized and precise digital filing system for all vehicle records.
  • Follow up on outstanding titles and ensure dealer trades are processed promptly.
  • Provide guidance to customers regarding title or registration status.
