Job summary

Insight Global in Columbus, OH is seeking a Title Administration Specialist to support vehicle title operations across the loan lifecycle. You will review, prepare, send, and track title documents while resolving exceptions and communicating with borrowers, vendors, lienholders, and state agencies.

The role requires accurate record-keeping in Salesforce and other systems, managing cases, meeting SLAs, collaborating with Operations, Compliance, Servicing, and Engineering, and identifying process

Responsibilities

This person will support vehicle title operations throughout the loan lifecycle, including title document processing, lien perfection, title transfers, and lien releases. They will review, prepare, send, and track title documentation while resolving title exceptions and communicating with borrowers, vendors, lienholders, and state agencies. This individual will maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other systems, manage assigned cases and tasks, and ensure work is completed within established SLAs. They will partner with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, Servicing, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and move accounts through title workflows. Additionally, they will help identify process improvements, support operational efficiencies, and maintain compliance with state title requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 1+ year of experience in operations, financial services, loan servicing, customer support, or case management
• Experience using CRM or case management systems to manage work queues and maintain records
• Experience handling multiple priorities while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) or productivity goals
• Experience communicating with customers, vendors, or internal business partners
• Ability to review and process documentation accurately in a high-volume environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

• Knowledge of vehicle titles, lien perfection, DMV processes, or auto lending operations
