Job summary

Old Republic Title is seeking an Agency Support Trainer to deliver software training for title agents and internal teams in Jacksonville or Boca Raton, FL. The role blends training with user support and requires industry knowledge and platform expertise.

The trainer will lead engaging sessions, update training materials, and communicate business needs to technical teams. Travel (in-state and out-of-state) is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of participation in real estate closings including processing, searching title and closing software use.
• Experience with Qualia, RamQuest, ResWare preferred.
• Three years using real estate and settlement industry software applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective software-focused training sessions during onboarding and post-onboarding to drive software adoption.
• Provide knowledge of software functionality to increase workflow efficiency.
• Lead training sessions as a subject matter expert across user levels.
• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions using webinar platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the evolving software platform.
• Evaluate workflows to recommend software enhancements.
• Travel in-state and out-of-state for training sessions.
