Old Republic National Title Insurance Company seeks an Agency Support Trainer to deliver software-focused training to title agents and internal teams in Jacksonville, FL. The role combines training with support, enabling efficient use of the closing software platform and streamlining workflows.

Responsibilities include onboarding training, knowledge transfer, and leading sessions for users at all levels while staying current on platform updates and functionality. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of participation in real estate closings.
• Three years using real estate and settlement industry related software applications.
• Two years of education and training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, software-focused training sessions during and after onboarding to support software adoption.
• Supports users by providing knowledge of software functionality to increase workflow efficiency.
• Lead training sessions across varying levels of users as a subject matter expert.
• Facilitate effective virtual training sessions using webinar platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the evolving software platform.
• Evaluate workflows to recommend software enhancements.
• Travel in-state/out-of-state, including overnight and extended travel.
