Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning title production software.

Responsibilities

• Open and establish new title files in the company software.
• Review contracts for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter and maintain accurate file data (buyer/seller/lender/property).
• Coordinate order intake for new title and closing requests.
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and staff on file status.
• Answer calls and emails professionally.
• Request and collect required documents to facilitate the process.
• Monitor files to meet deadlines and timelines.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical file records.
• Assist attorneys, processors, and closers with tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality.
