Mid-Atlantic Title LLC is seeking a Title Producer to drive business development and revenue growth. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other referral partners, generating new leads, and converting opportunities into business.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in title insurance, real estate, mortgage, or professional services
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable with CRM and pipeline management tools

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other referral sources
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities to expand the firm’s footprint
• Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients
• Track and manage pipeline activity, including CRM updates and reporting to leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless client experience
• Represent the firm at industry events, networking opportunities, and community activities
• Maintain knowledge of title products, services, and relevant regulations
• Meet or exceed established revenue and growth targets
