The ideal candidate has strong title examination skills and foreclosure title experience, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple files, and ensure compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in title review, title examination, foreclosure title, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of title records, liens, title defects, and foreclosure-related documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate title risks and recommended actions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple files, and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Review title records, legal documents, and related instruments to identify title defects, liens, risks, and required actions.
  • Conduct initial title reviews, prepare title summaries, update tasks/checklists, and complete required notifications.
  • Perform title update reviews through sale, identifying newly recorded liens or issues and documenting impacts and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and defensible documentation within internal case management systems.
  • Communicate findings clearly with internal teams and approved external partners as needed.
  • Prepare concise, client-ready summaries and reports regarding title status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Follow established workflows, procedures, templates, and compliance standards while escalating complex or high-risk matters appropriately.
  • Support audit readiness by ensuring complete and accurate file documentation.
