Job summary

Title Clearing & Escrow, LLC (TC&E), based in Tulsa, seeks a detail-oriented title examiner to review land records, tax certificates and related documents. You will work with closers and clients to resolve title items, ensuring accurate title commitments and marketable outcomes.

Requirements include 1+ year experience in title research or examination, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. The role supports fast-paced, high-volume workflows with adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years title research or title examination experience.
• Ability to interpret title commitments across jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of the title curative process.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform examinations of land records, assessment records and tax certificates to ensure accuracy and marketability of title products.
• Identify and assist in the resolution of title deficiencies to support issuance of title commitments.
• Prepare documents, input data and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve title issues promptly.
• Communicate with closers and clients to address outstanding title items and ensure timely, compliant transactions.
