The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CVR certification, and dealership experience. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CVR Certified.
• Dealership and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Professional and dependable.
• Proficient with computer and internet tasks including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle documentation including tax and title information and registrations.
• Assist with vehicle inventory control and maintain accurate records.
• Handle contractual documentation with financial institutions.
• Provide timely reports and reconcile schedules weekly.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership staff.
• Process title work with CVR or DMV in a timely manner.
• Observe all applicable policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Process dealer trade worksheets for unit transfers.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
