Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Title Registration Clerk to handle vehicle documentation, taxes, titles, registrations and related paper work. You will support inventory control, reporting, and dealer trade worksheets while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates have dealership experience and Reynolds & Reynolds knowledge; strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CVR Certified is preferred.
• Dealership and Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
• Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
• Manages contractual documentation with financial institutions
• Provides timely and accurate reports and reconcile schedules weekly
• Builds relationship and communications with dealership personnel
• Process title work with CVR or DMV in a timely manner
• Observes all Federal, Local and Company policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
• Process all dealer trade worksheets necessary for transferring units to related parties/other dealers
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
