Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Title Registration Clerk to manage vehicle documentation, taxes, titles, registrations, license plates, and other transfer documents for sales or owner information. The role supports inventory tracking, record keeping, reporting and dealer trade worksheets.

The ideal candidate may have post-secondary education or certification and/or at least one year in a similar role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CVR Certification preferred.
• Dealership and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone, organizational, and time management skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
• Keeps accurate vehicle inventory records and supports reporting.
• Manages contractual documentation with financial institutions.
• Provides timely reports and reconciles schedules weekly.
• Builds relationships and communications with dealership personnel.
• Processes title work with CVR or DMV promptly.
• Adheres to all policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
• Handles dealer trade worksheets for transfers.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
