Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Title Registration Clerk to handle vehicle documentation, taxes, titles, registrations, and related records. The role requires accurate data handling, strong communication, and proficiency with Reynolds and Reynolds systems.

The ideal candidate may have post-secondary coursework or certification and at least one year in a similar role; dealership experience is preferred. Excellent organizational and computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CVR certification is a plus.
• Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Good time management and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
• Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records.
• Manages contractual documentation with financial institutions.
• Provides timely and accurate reports and reconciles schedules weekly.
• Builds relationships and communicates with dealership personnel.
• Processes title work with CVR or DMV promptly.
• Follows all policies and safety rules; supports dealer trade worksheets.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
