Job summary

Essent Group Ltd. in Radnor, PA is seeking a Title Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for Essent's title products and brands.

This individual contributor will develop and execute targeted strategies, manage day-to-day title marketing assets, and cultivate relationships across lender and agency services. In partnership with the Senior Marketing Analyst, they will maintain the team's core marketing metrics and reporting package, oversee digital marketing awareness and conversion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Marketing and Communications with project management experience.
• Strong digital, direct, and content marketing principles.
• Hands-on data-driven campaign management, testing, and reporting.
• Proficiency with CMS, email marketing, and CRM platforms such as SugarCRM and NetSuite, plus Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; credible advisor and collaborator.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from strategy to execution.
• Experience in mortgage/title/real estate or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day title marketing activities with cross-functional peers across digital, analytics, and communications.
• Contribute marketing direction and updates to title marketing assets and programs.
• Develop and execute digital marketing awareness and conversion strategies.
• Analyze customer segments and garner actionable insights; support growth efforts.
• Assist in social media governance and sales enablement content development.
• Partner with marketing analytics to build dashboards and standardize reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
