Essent Group Ltd. seeks a Title Marketing Manager in Radnor, PA.

This on-site role drives marketing initiatives for Essent’s title products, programs, and brands, coordinating with digital, analytics, and content teams to position offerings effectively. You will develop targeted marketing strategies, manage channel assets, and cultivate lender and agency relationships, collaborating with the Senior Marketing Analyst on metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications with hands-on project management and workflow.
• Background in title insurance encouraged to apply.
• Strong foundation in digital, direct, and content marketing principles with ability to evaluate creative work.
• Hands-on experience in data-driven campaign management, project execution, quality control, testing, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with CMS, email marketing, and CRM platforms (SugarCRM, NetSuite) and standard office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to manage many projects from strategy to hands-on execution.
• Results-driven with track record of achieving marketing metrics.
• Experience in mortgage lending/title/real estate or financial services is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day title marketing initiatives in collaboration with digital, analytics, marketing communications and training teams.
• Contribute marketing recommendations for title marketing direction based on business needs and market conditions.
• Develop and execute digital marketing awareness and conversion strategies across customer segments.
• Analyze customer behaviors and translate insights into awareness and service level strategies.
• Support content development, governance, and sales enablement with a social media framework.
• Work with marketing analytics to build and maintain a metrics dashboard for reporting.
• Duties may include additional tasks as assigned by management.
