Job summary

Haven Title LLC is seeking a Title Processor to support the operations team in accurate title searches, document reviews, and regulatory compliance. The role offers growth toward a Title Closer path while working in a no-travel environment.

The candidate will maintain precise records, communicate clearly with customers, and resolve title issues efficiently under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in title processing.
• Familiarity with title search and document review is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to title processing is a plus.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position focuses on maintaining precise records, resolving title issues, and providing clear communication to customers. The role offers the chance to develop expertise in title processing with advancement opportunities toward becoming a Title Closer, all while operating in a no-travel environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in title processing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Qualia title software
• Notary Public license
• Experience with title search, document review, and data entry
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to title processing
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
• Effective communication skills
