Responsibilities

• Process titles daily from multiple states.
• Provide daily backlog updates on titles.
• Prepare monthly reports on missing titles.
• Coordinate with auctions on missing titles.
• Update Excel spreadsheets with relevant data.
• Track refunds for title fees from auctions.
• Navigate auction websites to locate data.
• Handle daily payments related to title fees.
• Track titles and missing documents.
• Update NMVTIS reports as required.
• Identify state-specific title processing requirements.
• Support annual review processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
