Qualifications

• Must have basic math and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with routine processes and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review state title processing procedures daily.
• Process titles from multiple states and track backlog.
• Prepare monthly reports on missing titles and refunds.
• Assist with NMVTIS reports and data updates as needed.
• Coordinate with auctions and internal teams via phone, email, and Teams.
• Generate and update backlogs and ensure timely processing.
