Qualifications

• Education & experience: High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in data entry and basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Capable of clear communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Process titles daily from multiple states.
• Provide daily backlog updates on titles.
• Prepare monthly reports on missing titles.
• Collaborate with auctions on missing titles.
• Interact via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Update Excel spreadsheets with accurate data.
• Track refunds for title fees from auctions.
• Navigate auction websites and NMVTIS reports.
• Manage daily payments related to title fees.
• Track titles and identify missing documents.
• Identify state-specific requirements for title processing (annual review).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
