Job summary

LKQ Corp. is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our title processing team in Tennessee. You will analyze and review state titles, process daily titles from multiple states, and provide timely updates on backlogs.

This role requires proficiency with Excel and regular use of Outlook and Teams for internal and external communication. You will handle daily title payments, assist with refunds, and ensure compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with basic math and data entry tasks.
• Strong familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Capable of following clear directions and maintaining simple records.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review state process and titles.
• Process titles daily from various states.
• Provide daily backlog updates for titles.
• Prepare monthly reports on missing titles.
• Work with auctions on missing titles.
• Interact via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Update Excel spreadsheets with relevant data.
• Track refunds for title fees from auctions.
• Navigate auction websites and manage daily title payments.
• Identify state-specific requirements for title processing.
