This role collaborates with title operations, customer service, vendor management, and production teams to drive efficient transactions and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years in title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, customer service, operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with operational systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key customer service representative for the designated area, handling a high volume of email and integration platform requests.
• Coordinate and support title and operational workflows throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments, customers, vendors, and external partners.
• Research, track, and resolve customer inquiries, order issues, and process exceptions.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy and route items appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems with transaction data.
• Monitor work queues, prioritize requests, and ensure service-level expectations are met.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and reporting tasks.
• Provide professional and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.
