Job summary

Octane Lending seeks a Title Specialist I to handle administrative duties related to title management, assist in follow-up, and support research of title issues for dealer and customer inquiries. You will maintain documentation, coordinate with title suppliers and DMV offices, and create job aids while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service across channels.

This role supports title teams through reporting, lien perfection follow-up, and back-up coverage of processes, with a flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in vehicle title management.
• Experience in auto finance or title management preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform title management follow-up and title issue research.
• Maintain documentation in an organized and secure manner.
• Interface with dealerships, DMV offices, and title suppliers.
• Create 2+ job aids for team processes.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to title-related inquiries.
